Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity or class. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the activity provider's policy.
Cancellation by Provider
If an activity provider cancels a booking, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled activity without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
